How do I submit a cleaning request online?

To submit a cleaning request online, all you have to do is fill out some details about yourself, your home, what you need completed, select the date and time, and you’re all set! Remember you can also call us at 307-227-3480 or email us at so that we can schedule your cleaning appointment.

What’s a standard cleaning?

Standard cleaning is recommended for homes that are tidy and well kept, and have been cleaned within a few months.

What’s a deep cleaning?

Deep cleaning is recommended for homes that have not been cleaned for a while or have never been professionally cleaned. Deep cleanings typically include the removal of all things in cabinets/drawers in the kitchen and bathrooms, as well as cleaning the interior of kitchen appliances.

What’s a touch up cleaning?

Touch up cleanings are recommended to maintain your home’s cleanliness in between routine cleanings.

What are add-ons?

Add-ons are services not generally included in a standard cleaning. Such services include: unreachable dusting, laundry, cleaning inside the fridge, cleaning inside the oven and/or microwave, cleaning interior windows, recycling, and cleaning the fireplace.

Are cleaning services refundable? 

While we do not currently offer any refunds, our goal is to ensure we are meeting your needs and that you are happy with the cleaning services provided. If you are not satisfied, let us know within 24 hrs of service and we will come back to correct any missed areas.

Do I need to provide supplies for the cleaning team? 

Our housekeepers bring in all supplies and equipment to clean your home. If you would rather have us use your cleaning supplies or equipment we will be happy to do that. Indicate so in the comments, or please let us know before your cleaner’s arrival. 

How do I pay for my cleaning service? 

We will invoice you after the cleaning service has been completed and you can pay with a credit card or by ACH directly through the invoice. Checks can be sent to: P.O. Box 12526 Jackson, WY 83002.

Please note that a credit card is required to secure your booking but you have the option to pay in other ways.

Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

No, you do not have to be home during the cleaning. You may provide access instructions on the form at the time of scheduling service, or by reaching out to us directly. 

What type of punctuality can I expect?

As we provide services across the valley, our travel times can be impacted by weather, traffic, and staffing adjustments. Please take note that arrival times can vary by 1 hour on either side of your scheduled service. We’ll be sure to reach out to you if our arrival time will be delayed by more than 1 hour.
