Deep / Move Out Clean

It typically includes tasks such as cleaning hard-to-reach areas, scrubbing and disinfecting surfaces, cleaning inside appliances, dusting or washing baseboards, and other detailed cleaning tasks. Touch-up Clean
A touch-up clean is a lighter and less intensive form of cleaning compared to a standard or deep clean. It involves addressing specific areas or tasks that may need attention between regular cleaning sessions. Commercial Clean
A commercial cleaning is provided for commercial or business premises, such as offices, retail stores, restaurants, warehouses, and other commercial spaces. Unlike residential cleaning, which focuses on homes and living spaces, commercial cleaning is tailored to the specific needs and requirements of your business. Our commercial cleaning services typically involve a range of tasks to ensure that the commercial space is clean, hygienic, and presentable for employees, customers, and visitors. Add-ons
Add-on services are typically not part of a standard cleaning package. These services may encompass tasks such as dishes, dusting hard-to-reach areas, doing laundry, cleaning the interior of appliances like the fridge, oven, or microwave, washing interior windows, managing recycling, and cleaning the fireplace.

Do I need to provide supplies for the cleaning team?
Our cleaners come fully equipped with all the necessary supplies and tools to clean your home. However, if you prefer that we use your cleaning supplies or equipment, simply mention it in the comments of your request or inform us before the cleaner’s scheduled arrival, and we’ll be happy to accommodate your request.
How do I pay for my cleaning service?
Following the completion of the cleaning service, we will issue an invoice for payment. You can conveniently pay using a credit card or via ACH directly through the invoice. Alternatively, checks can be mailed to P.O. Box 12526, Jackson, WY 83002.
Please be aware that a credit card is necessary to secure your booking, but alternate payment methods are available for your convenience.
Do I need to be present during the cleaning?
No, your presence is not required during the cleaning session. You can specify access instructions either when scheduling the service via the form or by contacting us directly.
What type of punctuality can I expect?
Due to our extensive service coverage across the valley, travel times may be affected by weather conditions, traffic, and staffing changes. Please understand that our arrival times may fluctuate by up to 1 hour before or after your scheduled service. Rest assured, we will promptly notify you if any significant delays beyond 1 hour are anticipated.
