Moving is stressful enough — leave the cleaning to us.

Our Move-Out Cleaning service is specifically designed for homes that have been largely emptied of furniture and personal belongings. With unobstructed access, our team can thoroughly clean areas that aren’t normally reachable during occupied cleanings, helping prepare the property for its next owner, tenant, or inspection.

Perfect for: selling your home, rental turnovers, lease requirements, property management, real estate listings, preparing for new occupants

Outdoors (Summer Only)

• Clean and sweep porch, patio, and deck, clean outside of doors
• Clean out any storage areas
• Clean any outside lights by the front door, back door, patios etc.
• Clean and sweep garage, dust any shelves
• Clean the door knobs and doors
• Clean the light switches and electrical outlets

Unlike a Deep Clean, a Move-Out Clean is performed after the home has been substantially vacated.

Because furniture and personal belongings have been removed, we’re able to clean behind appliances, inside empty cabinets, empty drawers, closet shelving, baseboards throughout, previously blocked areas, refrigerator and freezer interiors, areas hidden by furniture during normal cleanings.

• Additional charges may apply if significant furniture or belongings remain
• Remaining food and perishables will be discarded unless written instructions are provided beforehand

FAQ: Move Out Cleans

Do I need to empty the refrigerator?

Yes — please empty and defrost the refrigerator and freezer before we arrive so we can clean the interior thoroughly.

Can furniture stay in the home?

A small amount of furniture is fine, but Move-Out Cleaning is priced and scheduled for a substantially vacant home. Significant remaining furniture may result in additional charges or may be better suited to our Deep Clean service.

Will you haul away trash?

We ask that trash and unwanted items be removed before our arrival so our team can focus fully on cleaning. Let us know in advance if you need help finding a hauling service.

Is this suitable for rental move-outs?
